Damaged Product?

If your product arrived damaged, we will reship it free of charge once.

Can I track my order?

Yes, every order includes a Track & Trace link, which you’ll receive via email once your order has been shipped.

Please note: It may take up to 48 hours before tracking updates become visible.

How do I pay by credit card?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express.

You’ll be asked to enter:

  • Your card number
  • Name as it appears on the card
  • Expiration date
  • CVC (3-digit code on the back)

Payment is authorized at checkout, but only charged after your order has shipped. If part of your order is unavailable, you'll only be charged for what is delivered.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but only if we receive your cancellation request by 5:00 PM (CET) on the same day of ordering.

Please email us with your name, order number, and order date.

If the order is already being processed, cancellation is no longer possible. You may still return the package once received.

What if my product is defective?

If your product has a hidden defect not caused by wear, misuse, or lack of maintenance, please notify us within a reasonable timeframe.

We’ll assess the situation and either:

  • Repair the item
  • Replace it with a similar item
  • Refund you if repair/replacement isn’t possible

No temporary replacement or compensation is provided during repairs.

Damage caused by misuse or modification of the product voids any warranty claim.

Cosmetic parts like glass, bands, crowns/stems, and batteries are not covered by the factory warranty.

However, your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law remain fully intact.
