Ordering & Checkout
How do I place an order?
Choose your preferred color and/or size and click “Add to cart.” You can continue shopping or go straight to checkout by clicking the shopping bag icon in the top right corner.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Once your order is placed, it’s immediately processed for fast delivery. This means changes or cancellations are no longer possible. Please double-check your details before confirming.

What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on all orders—no minimum spend required.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 9–14 business days. We work with trusted suppliers to ensure the best balance between affordability and speed.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll receive a Track & Trace link via email once your order is shipped, so you can follow your delivery in real time.
What if I’m not home during delivery?
If delivery fails, your package will be held for 7 days at a local pickup point. You’ll receive a notification from the courier with details. After that period, the parcel will be returned to us and reshipping costs will apply.
Returns & Warranty
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are not covered.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order is damaged upon arrival, we’ll send you a free replacement. Just send us clear photos of the product and packaging.
What if my package is lost?
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, contact your local courier. If the package is lost due to shipping issues, we’ll ship a new one free of charge. Refunds are only issued if delivery is no longer possible.
