As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a link to the tracking page.

Delivery Times
We aim to process your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 6:00 PM on business days are dispatched the same day. Many of our products ship directly from our suppliers—this lets us keep prices competitive, but can affect lead times.

Missed the Delivery?
If you're not available at the time of delivery, your package will usually be held at a local pickup point for a limited time, depending on your country and carrier.
You’ll receive a notification from the delivery service with details on how and where to collect your parcel.
If the package is not picked up in time and gets returned to us, reshipping costs will be at your expense.
Entered the Wrong Address?
You are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address.
If you suspect there’s an error, please contact us immediately.
We process orders quickly, so there's only a short window to fix address issues.
If the order has already shipped, you will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
Received a Damaged Item?
We're sorry to hear that!
If your product was damaged during transit, we’ll send you a free replacement – one time only.
Note: we do not issue refunds in this case.
Please send us clear photos of the damage so we can process your claim quickly.
Lost or Stolen Package?
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer.
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact the local delivery service in your country as soon as possible.
If the package hasn’t arrived after 14 days from the indicated delivery date, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
If it’s confirmed that the package was lost due to a shipping error, we will send a replacement free of charge.
After that, our standard return and refund policy applies.
