Return Policy & Guidelines

Please ensure that all returned items are securely packaged in their original, unopened and undamaged packaging.

All returns must be pre-approved. Always request a return form first and wait for our confirmation before sending anything back. Unauthorised returns cannot be processed.

Include the approved return form inside your package to help us process your return faster.

As the customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Depending on your location, these costs range between €15 and €28. Please note: our return address is located in China.

Always use a traceable and insured shipping method when returning your parcel. We are not responsible for any damage or loss during return transit.

How to Request a Return

Please send an email including your full name, order number and reason for return. Use the subject line:
Return Request Order #0000 (replace 0000 with your order number).

Once we receive your request, we’ll reply as soon as possible with the next steps.

Exceptions: Beauty & Health Products

Beauty and health products are non-returnable.
Due to hygiene regulations, items in this category cannot legally be returned. This includes (but is not limited to): underwear, swimwear, makeup, hair care, beauty tools, and similar items.

We take hygiene and safety seriously. Therefore, we do not accept returns for products in the beauty and personal care category.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and approved your return, you’ll receive a confirmation email. The refund will be processed within 14 business days and transferred to your original payment method.
